    🧠 PHP Program Therapist

    Location: Hybrid Position- In-Person/Virtual (Must Have Virginia Licensure)
    Status: Part-time
    Overview:
    ✅Provide individual and group therapy to participants enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program.
    ✅Responsible for treatment planning, documentation, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
    Requirements:
    ✅Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work)
    ✅Experience in structured or intensive outpatient settings preferred
    ✅Comfortable with virtual and/or in-person modalities

    🧠Group Facilitator – PHP

    Location: Portsmouth, VA
    Status: PRN or Part-time
    Overview:
    ✅Lead psychoeducational and therapeutic groups using a structured curriculum. Topics include coping skills, emotional regulation, trauma, and social wellness.
    Requirements:
    ✅Relevant education or certification (e.g., Peer Specialist, QMHP, CSAC, Social Work, Psychology)
    ✅Ability to manage group dynamics with sensitivity and engagement
